I was called by a CPA to help straighten out the books for a small newly established vineyard and winery company that was very passionate about making good wine.  Unfortunately, they weren’t very knowledgeable about running the business.  I was able to organize their accounting functions, set-up good administrative procedures, and train them in the simpler day-to-day operations.  They now have information to enable them to make financially wise decisions.
